Avoid

I asked for some new lawn to be laid. On the day, the workmen turned up with no grass and insisted I pay a large sum in order for them to go and buy it. The finished job was not satisfactory, but again they insisted that I pay the balance or else they wouldn't leave, claiming that they needed the money for their next job(!) I asked James to come and view the job, but he didn't have any interest in turning up. I had to chase for a month even to get an invoice that reflected the monies I was forced by his staff to hand over. It only came after I threatened a letter from my attorneys.

I will certainly be advising people who ask me to avoid this company.
