Bad customer service

Hi there, I purchased grass blocks from this company for the first time and it was wrong product to the blocks that I wanted and when I asked for the refund I was only told we don't do refunds at all after I have spent a fortune now I have been asking the lady is so nasty and rude including the owner Peter, I was like ok can we meet half way on price they don't want to hear me out

this is a company that I can say never use again they are ******** people by not refunding them , never use this company again, they don't have customer service for their clients
