Training canceled but not refunded

<p>Grasps****s canceled their Lean Six Sigma training shortly before it would take place. They offered to join a next scheduled training, but that was too late for me because of a new job. I asked for a refund.</p> <p>Now, 3 months later I still haven't received the refund. First the organizer tried to convince me at least 5 times taking the training, even a personal training and on other occasions if I would join a virtual classroom 'tomorrow and the day after', I raised a complaint against him of which I never got any feedback and which likely will have no effect. Addtionally I requested a refund through their online helpdesk. Now after 8 contacts, in which they promissed that the 'concern department'' would contact me before the end of the day, I still haven't received or heard anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a terrible organization with a horrible service.</p>
