A positive and valuable experience

For the first time ever, I registered for a live-online training. I joined Grasps****s for the ITIL training. This virtual training has saved 07 hours journey time for me this week plus the training happened from the comfort of my home. He gave really simple examples to explain the complicated scenarios. He conducted brainstorming sessions before beginning the next chapter and answered our questions smartly. The training was something really out of the box.
