Autism dog

I have not visited the Graskop Gorge Lift Co, but they will not see me or my family there. Our son has autism and has a therapy dog for a few reasons. When I enquired if the dog is allowed I just got a "no" and that was that. It is wheelchair accessible though (which is good), but just because you can't see my child's disability, him and his dog aren't welcome. Everywhere else I enquired he is more than welcome. It was disappointing receiving such service.
