Improve on communication!!!

They don't answer phones and I don't like that their appointments are hard to come by as they seem not to allow the public into their premises unless you have paid for the Machinery some clients want to sample products beforehand anyway they say they do it for security reasons but I feel you will get more clients ,that aside they have very good High quality DIY printers that have a good overall output
