Pathetic shocking customer service

Ordered ink for Mimaki printer in December 2019. But up until today have not received my clear ink. I have missed deadlines for clients because of their poor service. Their customer service suck and their operations and logistics non existent. Never ever buy a machine from them that uses LH100 ink!!
