Grants auto solutions reason driving with foot on clutch

We took our huyndai tuscon to Grant Auto Solutions because its clutch was damaged. This is a family business the mom is unproffesional and has no client experience talking to clients like their dirt on her shoes. The son helps the father who is so old. Good they did the clutch mind you me that labour on that job and front discs of motor turning at R4000 charging us R1000 more on a clutch kit that you buy at midaz for 2700 they charged is 3700. When driving with the car I would hear noises I felt the shatter in the ckutch call her she sends the son he faces with my kar 120 km/h riding it in gears and its doesnt make a sound I told him you have to go look at the clutch it's not right. No he assures me that the clutch is fine we spot the car has an oil leak he assure is he will fix it because he damaged the samp seal when he removed the gearbox while doing the clutch no extra costs. We took the car in three times the could work on it because there was other vehicles on the lifts. He came and fetch the car the car fuel was half. Never letting us know of any extra costs as he admitted it was his fault. His mother phoned 4 days later at like 9:30 the evening told us the car is finish and that there is an amount we need to settle 2500 the part was R250 and the labour was 2250 we told her that her son francois jacques robertson told is there is no cost as it was his fault she said we were lieing and that the amount first needs to be settled before she could give our car to us. I sended francois a WhatsApp he had my number because he has sended some nude pics of him to me because he heard I was a single mother. I didnt wanted any contact further with him after the nude photos but I contacted him and ask him about the cost he told me that his mother is getting angry we should pay the money other wise she wont give is the car. This is our only vehicle so we paid 1700 after they already have 16000 out of us for the clutch. We took a taxi and collected the car they sended the daughter that doesnt know a thing about cars out with a report saying our clutch is damaged. We wanted to see her but she didnt watter to face me or my mom or the son didnt wanted to come out either. How can the new clutch be damaged in 2 months? My mom called and she told my mom we drive with our foot on the clutch I have messages from other clients aswell were the only needed to adjust the clutch pressure but told people they drive with they foot on the clutch. We are very unhappy and we now had to cancel our vacation because what happens and we go and the clutch break again. Kate robertson and her son francois jacques robertson are ****s and need to be looked into I also have the nude photos and messages as evidence that I'm not making up a story. We would have replaced the samp seal at another place of we knew they were going to charge because of the clutch still making noises we asked for receipt of purchase for parts but kate doesnt want to give it.
