Grant Van Nieting - the run away

If i can gove a zero rating i would do that boldly. I post this review not to insult or degrade the person to whom this is directed at. This is to make others aware & cautious as to not to support such a person/s & their business & actually hopefully to stop his business from operating permanently. While he starts off extremely well-always in his religious capacity-putting that over his work-he just doesn't deliver-not on time-not completely-not professionally-nothing. Oh yes- for a deposit he can hound you & guilt trip you & yes his turn over time is quick in production but unfortunately the item he delivers will be incomplete & half done. Then the excuse comes one after the other - his workers need to be in court or his wife lost her job & started a new job or the other site his at is taking linger than expected of the best excuse of all - the supplier supp**** the wrong things or they out of stock but yet when you watch his status on whatsapp you no his bull****ting you through & through & basically only playing you for time. Let's not even mention how he loves to give deadlines that he never keeps or meets or makes. We met him through the builder MK Maltz Construction-whom vouched for him through & through unfortunately as good as all things start - towards the end it deteriorates dismally - so just like MK dropped us in finishing off the building of our house - Grant did the same. Please please don't use this man at all - you gona have more than just sleepless nights - you will cry. He & his company should be shut down permanently . We are in the process of taking him to Small Claims Court. We pray that he never ever does this to anyone else.
