said they paid but 4 weeks later still no money

<p>i had been told by gtc that on the 20/07/2016 my money was going to be paid in, i knew this would take about 3-4 working days to happen as i had requested it be paid into an overseas account. now today the 10/08/2016 i am still waiting. the person that was ''helping''me has suddenly left the company, but my request was not picked up by or follwed up by anyone else. so today i gave them a call, frustrated , and beacuse of my frustration i was told by someone with the surname khaki, that i would not be helped as i was rude and that he doesnt have to deal with a rude person. gtc have failed to pay me my money they also fail to give me an answer or even a proof of payment for that matter, they can never even confirm they bank account details they enetered are correct, they also NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS OR CALL BACK despite me making sure they have the correct details. this is now ridiculous and i f i dont have answers i will be reporting gtc and getting lawyers involved! please note the number provided is a uk number</p>
