Profident fund

My name is Wendy Kahlela- Tolo. Staff members from Grandthorton have been taking me from pillar to post for more than a month now. <br> I called them on the 21st of December 2015 for my profident fund. Firstly i spoke to Melvin and he told me my documents were not recieved, i contacted my company and i was told that my paper work was sent to GTC on the 11th December 2015. I called GTC again on the 4th and spoke to Ferushka who told me my documents were recieved on the 15th of December 2015, she then told me that they still have to do my SARS and i will get my money the following week. I waited for a week and nothing happened, i called them again and i spoke to Minofa who told me that their supervisor needs to Authorise my payment and promised me that i will get my payment within a week. Nothing happens again and last week i called and spoke to Dibash who told me he will make sure he gets an authorisation from his supervisor and by this week i wil definitely get my payment. Today when i call Minofa told me that she has to get another authorisation and i will have to wait 3 working days before i get my payment. What really. This people are playing games with me and its acceptable.
