Rude! Rude! Rude!

I made a booking through Agoda.com for a weekend away at Granny Mouse House. When I received the confirmation email, I called Granny Mouse to confirm a few of the terms & conditions. The owner was so rude to me! She said that she wishes people would not make online bookings & just fone her directly. She said that she has no room for me & this is not her problem. Then she went to explain the procedure. I told her I fully understand as I used to work in the hotel industry with bookings, etc & she said "oh that's nice for you", full sarcasm meant. When I told her that she cannot speak to me like that she said she could. I then put the fone down. I do not recommend ANYONE, no matter how desperate go to this place. She has no client service manner & does not care!
