EXCELLENT SERVICE

We had a bad experience with a dinner at Midlands Saddle and trout with the commemoration of our anniversary and went for lunch the next day at Granny Mouse. What a stark contrast. Service and food was excellent. We started a conversation with the general manager and told him our story about the incident the previous evening and complementing him on the lunch and service. He then offered us a complimentary dinner in the fine dining restaurant of the establishment. He did not have to do that but wanted us to leave the Midlands with fond memories. The personnel were great and treated us like V I P's. Thank you Sean. This was one of the nicest things someone did for us in a very long time. The personnel are very professional and well trained. I can recommend Granny Mouse with confidence and know that anyone visiting this establishment, will have a great experience.
