Disappointing treatment for Executive management

Was at Granny Mouse today and the General Manager there was very rude and addressed us in a manner that no person hosting guests should. When told about this he did not apologize but ran out on us as we were talking to him. For such an establishment it's a shame to receive such treatment from management!!!
