Online shop frustrations

Their product is great. But my experience with it online shop is very dissapointing. Ordered and paid R1122 on 23 April. My Capitec statement confirms this. No confirmation of order received. Tried phoning the number on the site. Not available. Tried logging in. Waiting 15 minutes for a OTP

I’ve wasted 30 minutes of my life on this. On something that other online shops seem to have mastered.
