Still Waiting for My Refund - **** Business

I have been waiting from March and now we enter May - Still no refund from Chris.<br> <br> Chris continuously ignores my calls. He now blames a partnership he is in.<br> <br> He says he is moving premises and has updated his adverti*****t on the internet.<br> <br> He is always at the bank trying to sort out \the issue"with his partner (which does not exist as he is the owner of this business) when I WhatsApp him.<br> <br> All I want is my refund but Chris does not respect that.<br> <br> When he asked me for full payment"
