Unprofessional

On Monday, 26 Jan, Wred phoned to let me know he will be at my address on Tuesday, 3rd Feb. at 15h00 to give us a quote (3m vanity conversion). I phoned him back that aft. to confirm the appointment details. I recorded both conversations in my diary as I use it as a journal and record everything. At about half past 3 I phoned his office to ask if he is running late. To my amazement a lady told me our appointment is on Thursday, the 5th at 13h00? She was very abrupt and insinuated I got it wrong. How on earth could I get ALL the details wrong, TWICE? I realize they only come this way if they have enough quotes to make it worth their while, but the appointment was changed without consulting me first. Very unprofessional. We have now decided to use the same Centurion company that installed the proper, thick, granite in our kitchen. Granite Transformation only install a thin product. We also own a second property and would have asked them for a quote for the kitchen and bathrooms. In fact I told them we want more work done. We will definitely recommend the Centurion company to the people who will be viewing this house as from end Feb. as it is going on the market for selling.
