Do not waste your money to order from Granite Gray Beauty Universe as they take your money and don’t send your product and refuse to refund you and totally ignore you

I ordered from this company in April and they deducted R500 from my account instantly and to date have still not received my goods. I have emailed them and sent numerous Facebook messages and they will not refund me my money nor send what I ordered. Their customer service is absolutely shocking promising to get back to me and no they completely ignore every single message I send. Please do NOT order anything from them
