Faulty rail saw

I had the unfortunate opportunity to have business dealings with (Zaynudeen Mansour of Granite Machinery / Granite Express and Earthstone. Yes they are all the same business. I bought a Granite Rail saw. They said it would take two weeks to build and have shipped , it took a month to get to me. After waiting for so long I finally had the opportunity to open and use the machine. 1. Poorly designed and manufactured 2. They removed the motor info plate so you can’t see the motor specs 3. The water hose mounting doesn’t fit 4. The bolts at the base plate are to low and catches on the rail 5. The rails run skew as they have not been measured correctly

I attempted to speak to them for the last 3 weeks. They don’t answer their emails, cells and landline.
