Unprofessional, staff arrived on site with 1/2 of the granite for the installation , no feedback or solutions to disaster they created

I need a minor remodel in my kitchen, which entailed using a slab of my existing rustenburg granite and moving it to a new area in the kitchen so that it would match and added to this then install a new slab on an island and the new slabs to remainder of the kitchen. SImple instructions but what a nightmare!!! Constant calling by myself to follow up, on day of installation dropped off their staff and staff didn't have all the materials...still waiting for them to come back! Added to this I asked for a discount initially which they said they will give a 5% discount if I pay the full amount in advance. Silly me thinking they were a reputable company went ahead and did such!! Unprofessional, delayed progress in the completion of my kitchen, promise to call back with solutions and still waiting for them to correct my kickplates and the one slab. DIsastrous and would definitely not recommend using Granite City ! Looks good on website but a total sham.
