Poor service

I called Granite City for a quote. Vinnie was supposed to see me. He did not pitch for the appointment . No courtesy to call and apologize. When I called he was delayed in Sandton (it appears that the rich and famous are his forte). A new appointment was made. On 9/11/2017 he came and quoted me. On 15/11/2017 I made the full payment via eft. On 23/11/2017 installation was done. I was at the unit. I realized that the one piece was off colour. I called Tasneem and she requested that it be returned. That same afternoon the two pieces were installed. I was not there. When I returned in the evening I realized that the two small pieces were different in colour to the rest. It appears that someones 2 off cut pieces were polished and installed .On 24/11/2017 I called and spoke to Tasneem and Soraya. I was told by Soraya that Vinnie will have to come and attend to this. I sent Vinnie a whats app, read it with no response. Second whats app message he just ignored it and did not bother to read it. Vinnie boasts that he does all Fazel Loonats work in Marlboro and that he was doing the installation in the new complex 10 units. This is clear that Vinnie favors and chases the rich and famous. Only takes care of big jobs. I waited all week with no comeback. So much for their client service.

Today 4/12/2017 I went to collect the off cut piece . I approached Soraya, full of apologies . She does not have a cooking clue when it comes to client care and courtesy. Was told that someone else has to come out, only to be told this because I happened to be there. No courtesy of a phone call to keep me posted. They don't care for the small customer.

Their customer service sucks. Will not be going back there in a hurry. Please be cautious.
