Bad service and rude

We asked granite city to do a quote for a customer, before doing the quote they demanded a amount of money to secure the booking. After doing the quote they informed us that they cannot do the work without breaking the rest of the granite. We paid more to replace the whole piece and to be there as early as possible, due to the client being a bit difficult and also on a time schedule. After calling numerous times, they promised that they will be there at 11am. They only arrived at 12:00 after i had to call about 10 times to ask where their guys were. Then i recieved a call from one of their people called Vinnie (whom did the quote for us) and was extremely rude towards me telling me that why am i asking where his people are if they are already there. After the job was done my boss went to insect and they broke one of the clients tiles. I then called to find no answer, which was fair since it was after 4pm. I spoke to vinnie again and informed him of the broken tile, and his words were "and what about it" . I will never again use them or recommend them to anyone
