Bad Attitude

Certain female staff member who dealt with me telephonically did not have any interpersonal skills. I'm told that she is part of the ownership of the family run business. This person did not even listen to what I had to say. She spoke to me in a very derogatory manner. She did not have the "Customer is King" manner. Overall this person had a very bad attitude towards me. Additionally, the company is fond off twisting their words to suit the situation i.e. try to cover up what they originally said. We had issues with them from the quote that was given to us, to the installation through to the after-service. Overall do not have faith in them and will definitely not be doing business with them again.
