Refund refusal

I paid for material including the wall panel on Saturday( 28/03/2026) then the following Saturday I was told by Simon that the colour I want they do not have it . I requested a refund for the wall panels as I paid R2800 I was told the boses will come on Tuesday (7/04/2026) . I went to the store on Wednesday the 8th , Mr Mphahlele told me he will refund me on Friday the 10th then I went on Saturday to the store , he said they didn’t have business , they had to pay rent . I will be refunded on Friday the 18th April 2026 . They are playing mind games with my money .
