Worst Casino ever

I'm very upset and unhappy with my experiences in the last year at Grand West Casino. We go there to have a good time and every time i leave VERY unhappy because I just go there to loose money I don't have and cant afford to loose every time. I wish South Africa and especially Western Cape people will stop going there as they are just ****ming people. Its the worst experience I have going to Grand West. Then they ask you how your time was there when visiting, and every time i reply and they come back with a lame excuse, "All our Promotional Draws are done via a system and is run by a Random Number Generator and is SABS approved and Gaming Board compliant." That is bull****, why do you have to register a card in your name and ID number???? Its so they can see how much money they take from you and how much they give you, people are not stupid, there is always a reason for every thing.
