Prive Lounge is a disaster joke and dirty.

Why is Prive gone to the dogs? Why are the waitresses working there of they have nasty attitudes? Why is Sun International allowing us Platinum and Diamond card holders to be treated so badly in Prive? The manager on duty has so many excuses. It's so sad to see such a beautiful venue have such pathetic staff who ruin the experience for everyone when we trying to just order dinner and drinks. The table had food stains and spills on it. Had to request new wine glasses and no cutlery provided until we asked 3 times. The hake was sent back because there was scales on it still which can choke and kill a person. The burger was sent back because they forgot to put Feta on. The burger also had no sauce which the menu states there's tangy Mayo. We were told sorry they have never had that sauce and don't know why it's on the menu. Same story with another item. After all this we still get charged full prices and nothing was rectified. I have been to the Boardwalk Casino prove and PE and it's over 100% better seevice, better food, better staff, better menu. Grandwest has so much staff and so little guests eating yet nothing is clean. Nobody who works there seems to understand the importance of cleaning or replacing cutlery or checking if the food on the very limited menu is in stock.
