POOR POOR GRAND WEST CASINO

Im on holiday in Cape Town. Since my arrival this casino smoking area have at least 150 slots that are not on. Why Southern Sun???? Did you not pay royalties to use these games, or what?No other casino has done this. Cape town is busteling with tourists and you MANIPULATE you slot machines by not putting them on. Grand West Casino I sadly have to rate as THE WORDT casino in the land after it had been one of the best. Half of the bar areas are not manned and if they are there is one person on duty!! Technical staff is extremely walking around with a no care attitude and service is poor. What has happened to the once brilliant casino. I blame absolute poor management. No thank you, when back in Gauteng I will rather spend my money at a Peermont casino. SOUTHERN Sun must send their staff to Peermont for training because they have a rotal lqck of it it seems.
