Paying for my 2 kids who hardly ate

It was my parents anniversary on 4 December so i wanted to take them to Quarterdeck but was struggling for a week to get a booking..<br> <br> On the Friday, the 4th i called about 4/5 times (spoke to Pabi/Thabi) to find out if there were any cancellations..Eventually at about 15:00 i called and she said there were people who never confirmed so we can come..I told her there are 8 adults and 2 kids..We got there at 18:00 and was served by Nkosi (i think thats her name)..The food was awesome as usual but not the service.<br> <br> When got the bill they charged both my kids R130 each so it came to R260 for 2 kids..My kids are 4 and 9..I spoke to our waitress and she told me to speak to the manager Nkuzo who was not very helpful or accommodating AT ALL..I told her i dont mind paying R130 for both my kids as they hardly ate..She told me thats just the way it is, even if they just ate one thing i must pay..My daughter literally ate 3 pieces of calamari and a bit of custard and my son had some ice cream..For R260? I kept asking her if there was nothing they could do so she said it was already rung up on the system and they cannot void!<br> <br> I was actually really disgusted and dissapointed with that!
