Pathetic service

My purse was lost or ****** from me and Grand west protocol and procedures are really pathetic! No urgency at all, by the time have done anything the person is gone!! So many cameras of no use for immediate reaction! Your property is not safe! They only care about their own money and not that of their customers! I hardly gamble at GW but this experience will most certainly make sure I don't return to an unsafe environment
