Ice Skating rink service failure

On 10/05/2024 I attempted to purchase an MVS card at the skate shop and was met with accusations by Mrs B Allely that my 8 year old daughter is using other skaters details to access the ice rink during non SAFSA skating times. As much as we tried to explain we've never misused the designated skating times, we were met with more accusations as when and how.

This is unacceptable as we soon discovered this misunderstanding is due to an administrative error of membership numbers. This experience completely ****** my daughter of her love for ice skating on the day. I hope the service failure will be addressed to avoid any further such experiences in future.
