Grandwest casino bad service

<p>My wallet was snatched out of my bag,i reported the incident at the lost and found desk...I was asked to wait for 30 minutes as they will look at the footage.An hour later I was asked to return at lost and found the money and card is found.The money was not enough!to my surprise Randell Jafta had let the person who stole my wallet go...I did not have an option to confront the person, I did not have an option to open a case I was only told that at least he returned the cards.And that I need to go to Elsies police station.What about my money?i have been waiting at the lost and found for about 4 hours now.Randell Jafta has been called twice by the Helpdesk security, I have been on my feet since 8!i have been failed by the system of Fedility and Grand west Casino.</p>
