Grand West deterioration

We have been playing and entertained our friends and family here for many years. They do not entertain us anymore at all. The machines are not paying. The same people win the grand jackpots all the time. The most regular people dont go to them anymore as they just keep on loosing. We have seen so many times that people playing there for their first time, being in Cape Town on holiday win big, but again the regular customers who keep their casino alive, are so unhappy as it is just loosing all the time. Some people has won 3 cars on draws. I have been going to so many draws all the years but has never even won R1000 on it. When sending a complaint e-mail to their management, you receive the same answer - the machines are not rigged and the draws are random. Seriously! Nonsense! You are loosing your regular customers by the numbers, I am sure you are aware of this. Nobody can expect to win all the time, as they are a business. But how can you loose ALL the time? Never even going home with the money you went there with? The lounges are always dirty. The staff are very rude and unhelpful, The kitchen is always closed hours after it is suppose to be open. I suggest they start looking after their customers and show some respect. After all they are the people paying your salaries! We really enjoyed going there, but it is not a fun and entertainment world anymore.
