What a disgrace, I went to see the Craig David Show last night, getting in was a nightmare due to generator breakdown ( understandable), bar was closed at 22h00 even though they have a 24 hour liquor license, they took my water bottle away at the door, your staff kept telling people to sit down, at a music show, huh? After the show we were told to leave the premises because they wanted to close. I will NEVER EVER attend a show there again. Your facility has become shameful, your staff are unhelpful and uncaring. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. So many people went home early due to your terrible service. I will make sure all the people I know gets to hear about this

I appreciate your prompt response and apologies. I now understand the situation and the fact that during concerts outside staff are employed by the arrangers of these shows. I did go back to watch Smokie and everything was back to normal. I had a great time, thank you
