Booking note made by Rockshawn Alima

I enquired at Quaterdeck in October as I am travelling to Cape Town for my birthday. Rockshawn Alima was assisting me and on 2 October I was told to provide my cell phone and it will be booked as the spaces are filling up. I responded on the 2nd October and even asked if there was no discount as its my birthday.

Anyway, today Rockshawn Alima tells me that they are fully booked - is this the kind of service from Sun International? I mean, I enquired a while ago and have travel plans and arriving in Cape Town on the 30th November, now I am told its fully booked.

This is really poor service, I would like a manger or area manager to contact me about this, this is terrible and I am appalled
