BAD SERVICE!!!

I am SUPER DISAPPOINTED on the service we have received tonight!!!! I have 2 nephews who were in the mountain and HAVE to wear their caps because it's TRADITION! We were not even going to the casino sise, we were with kids.. your security person told my nephews to take off their caps because they are not new men.. We kept telling him they cannot take them off or wear them backwards because it's AGAINST THE CULTURE!!!! We have been EVERYWHERE and not even once we were ever told they need to take off their caps because these places UNDERSTAND CULTURE!!! We have been to Boardwalk casino MULTIPLE TIMES and we were never told they need to take off their caps BECAUSE THEY UNDERSTAND CULTURE!!! NOW WE GET TO GRANDWEST and your uneducated and uncultured security tells us they need to take off their caps or walk out! I NEVER WANT TO SET MY FOOT AT YOUR BUSINESS if this is how you treat other peoples culture, if there's another platform where I can log a complaint I'd gladly do it, YOU NEED TO EDUCATE YOURSELVES!! Your security was going back and forth with us telling us that's not the cap he wore when he came out of the mountain, THIS IS NOT THE 80s!! HE NEEDS TO EDUCATE HIMSELF!! I AM UPSET AND FUMING!!
