Excellent Service

Last month I purchased two vases for my daughters wedding and when I got home I realised they were too small. I phoned Grandifloro and spoke to Candice to ask if they had bigger ones. She said she didn't but they were waiting for stock and she'd phone when she got some. I didn't think I would hear from her. Much to my surprise she called yesterday to tell me she had some and I could come and collect. It says in their store they don't exchange and I was worried they wouldn't take my other ones back. I went today and Candice wasn't there but the manager gave me the new ones and took the other ones back even though the new ones were cheaper. I was so happy with the fantastic service at this shop. Way to go ladies.
