Travel agent cum ****mers.....owed a refund for the last 3 years due to cancellation of trip and they lie straight without any consequences and without any shame. Do yourself a favour and stay away or pray that your trip is not cancelled. Not worth the fancy name, nothing but a gutter operator. Travel operators association of SA is toothless to these compromised ****mers and only way is to force them vial legal means.
