Never thoughts this would happen to me!

Paid in full for a cruise to Norway. A month to go, they haven’t booked our flights and only pd a small dep to cruise line. Was told to buy my own tickets, mail them POP and they will refund me! REALLY? Went to the offices today…. All locked up and a wrong cell nr on door. ****ed out of our money !
