Grandeur Travel inept *********** unprofessional

Wish there was an option of ZERO star. This company, só-called GRANDEUR TRAVEL, has been keeping us guessing about our trip since the beginning. We have to contact them over and over about a trip that departs on 16 May 2023 - yes, in just a day or two more than in a month’s time!!! We still couldn’t go for our Schengen Visa, because the flight details have not been confirmed yet!!!!

Our last contact was on 30 March 2023, in which they said the person dealing with everything is in a meeting. Well, it’s 11 April today - we received a very vague email, at last, still no real, honest, directed, detailed communication with real pricing and information.

Read the last communication: “however the layover time would be 14 hours for the departure flights” - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Departure flights? Which are the departure flights? We depart four times……

I’m not interested for them to sort out anything anymore. But I want EVERYONE on EARTH to be warned not to book even a ***eon flight through them. Highly *********** and unreliable. Only in this business for the money.

We were supposed to pay the balance after the deposit middle February 2023 but by Mid January they insisted that we pay!!! And still no confirmation to hand in for visa purposes. STAY AWAY
