Grandeur cancelled holiday and are refusing to refund deposit

Worst service ever received. Booked a holiday in 2022 Grandeur travel then cancelled the holiday. They only refunded 50% of the holiday value with the promise of refunding the rest later. Now one year later i got an email to say i need to claim the money from my travel insurance. As they will not be refunding the rest. Would not recommend them.
