Grande "the worst" Roche Hotel

Would most definitely not recommend! Look, don't be calling yourself a FIVE STAR hotel and it's not make sure? Pretty, apparent five star hotel in Paarl. (the winelands is gorgeous by the way) Management don't seem to know what they are doing, mind you was at the restaurant one time and the owner's son apparently went off at some of the waiters and little swore at them with us in the restaurant. I couldn't really make out what was said but I could see this boss of theirs really did them dirty. Anyway, I love talking to all the staff when I stay at a hotel just to get some background on the place and what their work experiences are, so listen up... Management basically treat staff like they are slaves (mind you, read up on the history of this place) For what they do and how incredibly nice these people are, the salary is really not it They are really over worked and not valued man! honestly my stay was not a vibe. Oh and please don't forget about the ******, girl! its so obvious, the literal pits However, the only thing I can guarantee is that you'll enjoy every conversations with all the staff, from the gardener to room service and back to reception when you leave. You'll obviously fall in love with Paarl, which is a bonus
