Horrible service all way round

Grande Provence sounds so grand but the service is not so grand! We waited 10 minutes to get service and then we actually had to go find someone to help us. Managers walk by but offer no help. Drink orders forgotten, menus not bought when asked for and attendance to the table was not there.
