Refund not paid

It has been close to 3 months and my refund has not yet been processed. I have been calling and emailing several times and the only thing I am being told is that the owner of the hotel will process it. I feel like I am being taken for a ride.

SafariNow processed their portion of my refund on the 20th of August. It is now the 27th of October and I have not received your portion of my refund

As a reputable hotel, you are required to treat ALL customers with the same respect regardless whether they cancel bookings or not.

This is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am highly disappointed in your service.
