Fradulent event

On the 28th September went to the All Grand White party that was was supposed to take place in Soweto,however it ended up on Germiston Lake. After asking the several times for a refund for 2*R250 tickets they advised that the event was not cancelled, therefore I will not be refunded. I payed for VIP, but at the entrance gate we got GENERAL arm band when i paid for the seated tickets worth R500 that we never got when we arrived at Germiston Lake. I am so disgusted by the fact that at Germiston lake there was a spring event that was initially taking place at the venue which means the was no preparation for the grand white in the first place, Then the audacity to tell me you do not refund after such a messed up event they did. Why could you not postponed the event then have it Soweto when all logistics where in place instead of de*****ing us our money. The bottle of wine that they promised us we did not even get it. I was communication with the contact person for the event on the this no *** and he/she advised that we can only get the wines when we go to Pretoria. Having to go to the east rand was worse enough now we need to travel from Soweto to Pretoria. Such incompetence and unprofessionalism and ********** advertising. Mohale was supposed to be the host, how do they book a guy on his wedding day? This people are ********** and ********
