NO RESPONSE AND REFUSAL FOR REFUND

still no response on our refunds, now we are being forced to attend an event at a place we don't want and a date we also don't want. I m disgusted by the terrible offers they give. why cant they give our money back??? we have the right to get our money back if we don't want something.
