No refund for inconveniencing people

The Spring Grand White All White Soweto Edition was supposed to be happening on the 28th of September in Protea Glen and we were only informed on the 5th of September that they actually didnt secure the venue so they will announce in due course the new venue. To my surprise they gave us 2 option, option 1 being going to the Germiston Lake 3 day Spring break either on the 27/28/29 Sept or go the Grand White Pretoria edition on the 12th of Oct and no refund option available. The tickets were bought because of the convenience of the venue and all the alternative events are very far away from Soweto. I am so bored and wouldnt recommend this event to anyone. Why sell tickets when you havent secured the venue? Gladly accepting money yet refunding it is a hussle?
