I WANT MY REFUND AND NOT YOUR PATHETIC OPTIONS

I bought tickets for soweto grand white picnic because i wanted to attened that particular event, i bought 6 tickets and all my friends and i wanted to attend that event. now they are moving it to another venue i dont want to go to as its not safe or we must go to the pretoria event, has i wanted to go to pretoria i would have bought tickets for that event . i have no interest in the spring fiesta 3 days nonsense event . you cant force me to take your options . i want my money back and that should be an option. when we buy tickets we first look and the venue and the date as well as what the event is for. you cant now want to move us around as if we are sheep. give us our money if we dont want your pethatic options. also we want the ombudsman details so we can lodge formal complains with the cinsumer service.
