Beware of being taken for a ride

Beware! I gave Johan from Grand Slam motors my vintage 1960's beetle to assemble the car for me and to quote me to do the work . 18 months later on arrival at his workshop and still waiting for his quotation I was devastated to find my newly white upholstered and re-sprayed car under a ton of dust and oil in a garage full of other dirty parts . Nothing was done and all I received was lame excuses . Now because I am upset with his service and that he did nothing in 18 months he wants to charge me R10,000 for installing my own two back side windows . Its shocking
