Grand shoe bad customer service

I recently purchased a pair of PAUL & SOFIA shoes from the Grand Shoe Pretoria store in Sammymarks, expecting a high-quality product befitting its luxury brand status. However, my experience with both the product and the customer service has been incredibly disappointing.After wearing the shoes only once at a graduation ceremony, I noticed that the glitter began to come off. Considering the hefty price tag of R999.98, this was unacceptable. I bought these shoes with the intention of wearing them even at work, but the poor quality has left me regretting my purchase.Upon attempting to return the shoes to the store, I was met with resistance. Not only was a refund out of the question, but they also refused to exchange the faulty product. Instead, I was informed that the shoes would need to be repaired. The process for this was tedious and time-consuming, involving sending emails and waiting for responses.It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and care for customer satisfaction from a reputed brand like Grand Shoe Brazilia Group. My hard-earned money has been wasted on a product that failed to meet basic quality standards.Overall, my experience with Grand Shoe Pretoria has been extremely disappointing, and I would caution others against purchasing from them until they improve their product quality and customer service standards.
