Usless eShop

A brick and mortar shop that thought they would also have a eShop which is never ever maintained. Nore are the orders even looked at at in a timely manner. Looked at the reviews on hellopeter, and seeing there wasn't a lot, I though I would see if I actually found a hobby shop that I could use for a long time. Ordered a LEGO set, paid on the same day. After two days I had to contact them because my order still had the status of "Payment pending". The next day I received a mail stating that the product was sold out, I asked for two other sets a substitution. Both of the substitutes was also sold out. Asked for a refund, and after 2 days again had to contact them to find out whats happening with my refund. Pretty pathetic showing really, especially seeing after 3 days checked there site again and, lo and behold, those exact sames sets are still listed. Stay far away.
